GREG TIVIS ‘Nawlin’s’ JAZZ JAM SESSION EVERY 1ST SUNDAY!
Every first Sunday of the month is Mardi Gras at Greg Tivis’ “Nawlins” Jazz Jam Session at Downtown Uncorked in historic downtown Bryan, Tx. In addition to a large variety of select wines to choose from, you’ll find unique beer imports, a variety of cheese, meat, and fruit trays, fresh gumbo by the bowl, and desserts. You can enjoy it all while listening to some foot-stompin’ old fashioned New Orleans Jazz by the Greg Tivis Dixie Band. Special appearances by a host of guest entertainers and musicians make this jam session the most popular recurring musical event in the Brazos Valley! Come on down and join the fun and hear Greg sing Hello Dolly a la Louis Armstrong, or join in the line dance and the singing of The Saints Go Marchin’ In at the conclusion of every jam! Arrive early--limited seating!

The Frame Gallery in downtown Bryan is pleased to announce that enrollment for Spring 2012 Jazz Night School is now open! If you want to learn jazz and blues improvisation, sign up today! Classes begin the week of February 27 and run eight weeks, one night per week, plus a final recital. Instructor is Greg Tivis, Associate Instructor and class coordinator is Randy Watkins.
